MS35774 stepper motor driver is a high-precision and low-noise two-phase stepper motor driver chip with built-in power MOSFET. The average current during long-term operation can reach 1.4A, and the peak current is 2A. The chip integrates over temperature protection, under voltage protection, over-current protection, short ground protection, and short power protection.
The main features of MS35774 stepper motor drive are:
2-phase stepper motor, capable of reaching a peak current of 2A;
Low on resistance;
Voltage range 4.75-36V;
STEP/DIR interface, can choose 2, 4, 8 or 16 micro steps;
Internal 256 subdivision;
The motor automatically enters power-saving mode when it is stationary;
Optional built-in detection resistor mode (no need for external detection resistors);
QFN28 package (back heat sink).
